  • HPAIR ACONF 2026 is open to individuals aged 18 and above (as of August 19ā€“23, 2026), regardless of nationality or academic background. We welcome students, young professionals, and changemakers from all disciplines who are eager to engage in global dialogue.

    • Early Bird Deadline: 11:59 PM ET, March 31, 2026

    • Regular Deadline: 11:59 PM ET, April 30, 2026

  • Yes, HPAIR ACONF 2026 requires a participation fee. The fee includes full access to all conference programming, as well as lunches throughout the conference and dinner on the opening ceremony day.

    Please note that delegates are responsible for arranging and covering their own accommodation and transportation. However, we will support delegates in finding suitable options, and financial assistance is available through our scholarship program to help offset these costs.

  • No. Scholarship applications are now closed, as the Early Bird round (7 March - 31 March) has ended. Late applications will not be considered.
