Karan Dhir

A clean-tech & sustainability enthusiast, Karan is a chemical engineer who has over 5 years of experience in managing refinery operations, planning and digital transformation. He has lead multiple teams across projects and saved his firm $20+ m to date. Besides his job, he has also been a part of pro-bono projects around energy access and strongly believes in energy access being the most important precursor to development.

Rachel Bamfo

Rachel Bamfo is the Founder of Global young leaders and career development an organization created to empower young Africans to cause change and development in Africa. She works as a digital entrepreneur, teaching people how to invest and build wealth in the online space. Rachel has worked with various firms, institutions and organization since age 16 where she learned valuable professional skills. Rachel, studied BSC business administration and won an award for the best innovative student from a Department in the School. She currently studies MBA at Andrews University in Michigan. Rachel is known for her keen interest in Entrepreneurship and Global change and loved by all that comes into contact with her.

 
 

Sidhant Mathur

Sidhant Mathur is a freshman at Symbiosis Insitute of Technology, Pune. He is an ambitious individual and a multi-tasker with the rigour of breaking boundaries. With a versatile Engineering & Business Educational background, he aims to impact the Technology, Policy & Management Arena. He has been taking up leadership initiatives since his senior year of high school. He was the Media Head of his school's TEDx Youth Conference. Currently, Sidhant is the Founder President of Girl Up Club, Outreach & Media Lead of CodeChef College Chapter and Executive Member of the Entrepreneurship Cell & Innovation Council of his college. He is passionately working on Sustainable Development Goals 5 and 8 — Gender Equality and Decent Work & Economic Growth. He is an active social volunteer and is also pursuing pro bono consulting.

Steve Garg

Steve Garg is one of our Ambassadors and an impact-driven personality. He has completed his graduation majoring in Economics from University of Delhi and he currently works as an Analyst with Penguin-International. He has served in various leadership roles during his under graduation. He has also been working with various Non Profit Organizations to eliminate social issues deep-rooted in society. He believes that thought leadership and Entrepreneurship is the best way for creating a deep impact in society.

 
 

Mai Tan Thien

A quality and sustainable education enthusiast, Mai Tan Thien has participated in many international conferences, 4 of which are organized by Harvard University. He used to be a freestyle journalist, ranking first in a national article competition, having two scientific papers posted on the International Yearbook of two International Scientific Conferences. He is ambitious for the development of the World. His intention is to create an educational system in which no one will be left behind.  He is  also one of the founding members of the English Speaking Club of the Department of Foreign Languages of CTU, a leader of a project constructing a community park at his hometown and was invited to be interviewed on-air. He is a participator, and a volunteer at the Global Youth Challenge Program.

Vaasu Bhartia


Vaasu Bhartia is a student entrepreneur hailing from India. He is pursuing a degree in Computer Science and has tried his hand at several different entrepreneurial ventures at a young age. He has been the National Ethical Hacking Champion in India and has also been a trainee under NASA, developing the Lunar Loo for Artemis 2024 Mission. He loves to use technology to enhance businesses and looks forward to being a successful tech entrepreneur in the future. He has also done several online courses from Harvard and considers David Malan as his favourite professor of all.

 
 

Mariel H. León

Mariel Leon is an Economics senior student at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She is the founder of the Circle of Chinese Studies (CECH), economy section. She was also a scholarship student at Tsinghua University’s Global Summer School 2021 and was awarded the Most Investable Team and Outstanding Team Awards. Mariel has worked at the Central Bank of Reserve of Peru (BCRP) and is currently working in Credicorp Capital.

Gaurav Agarwal

 

Truly inspired by the values of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – The World Is One Family, Gaurav’s vision is to unleash the caged spirit of Youth by investing in oneself indomitably and achieve financial freedom. He is the Founder Club member of 500 MBA Club, a proud Dexterity Global alumnus and Citi’s APAC Investment Banking Intern. He is also an independent Equity Derivatives Trader and Investor. Armed with exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial acumen he has also worked with several start-ups. Gaurav’s ultimate dream is to have an impactful journey in the financial world and facilitate people to attain financial freedom. In a nutshell, he is an active scholar by profession and a peacebuilder by passion.

Mateja Vasic

Mateja Vasic is a third-year undergraduate student studying International Studies and Law at Western Sydney University. He is a New Colombo Plan Scholar and has studied at universities in Indonesia and Japan. He works at a Sydney law firm and has interned with an Asia-Pacific Human Rights NGO. He currently volunteers at his local charity and participates in various Australian multicultural forums. He speaks English, German, Indonesian and Serbian. He is passionate about international law and global politics.
