Since 1999, HPAIR has set up partnerships with organizations former delegates have established on their own campuses. These clubs in local universities of different countries provide forums for

ongoing discussion outside the conference and within their local settings. In recent years, HPAIR's partners have increasingly utilized internet communication to facilitate the ongoing discussions about the HPAIR workshops throughout the year with HPAIR members living in different regions.

These organizations also foster intellectual exchange by holding their own seminars, workshops and conferences. While usually more local in focus, these organizations uphold the same common spirit and driving force behind the main international HPAIR conference.

Finally, aside from the recruiting and academic components, these clubs also fundraise for their own local events and to help their members pay for conference attendence costs.
